Merchant Refund Policy

All registration fees for the Soaring Eagle NFL Flag League are subject to the following refund terms.

Registration Fees Registration fees cover league administration, equipment, uniforms, insurance, facility usage, and staffing. Once registration is completed, a portion of these costs is immediately incurred.

Refund Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the league before the start of the season.

A full refund, minus any non-refundable processing or administrative fees, will be issued if a request is received within 7 days of registration and before uniforms are ordered.

A partial refund may be issued if a request is received after 7 days of registration but before the first scheduled game. Any costs already incurred, including uniforms and administrative expenses, will be deducted.

No refunds will be issued once the season has begun, including but not limited to practices, games, or events, regardless of participation level, schedule conflicts, injury, illness, or voluntary withdrawal.

Uniforms are custom-ordered. Once uniforms have been ordered, their cost is non-refundable under any circumstances.

League Cancellations: If the league cancels a season or division before the start of play, a refund or credit will be issued at the league’s discretion, minus any non-recoverable expenses already incurred.

Weather and Schedule Changes: Games or practices canceled due to weather, facility issues, or circumstances beyond the league’s control do not qualify for refunds. Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule when possible.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting the league to resolve a refund request may result in removal from the league and future registration ineligibility.
